Plus, Minus, Interesting is originally a critical thinking framework developed by Dr. Edward de Bono, a proponent of lateral and critical thinking. The original template is designed to help you think through ideas or decisions, by making you think of the positive, negative and interesting points of an idea.
We've adapted it as a simple template that works just as well as a retrospective, but you can also use for the original intention.
The 4 Ls is a popular four-panel retrospective that asks teams to feedback on the positives and negatives of a particular topic or activity.
