Hide identities
Make all participants anonymous, and do not track how individuals wrote or voted by turning on Metro Retro’s anonymous mode (for the whole session or just one activity).
Voting
Hold a team vote on stickies, topics, index cards, and task cards. View the voting results using our “ranking results” tool to view ranks for individual stickies, or for the topic total.
Topic grouping
Use the topic tool to group similar stickies, organizing them into themes.
Private writing
Reduce bias and encourage honesty with private writing. Private Writing allows the team to write without anyone seeing — only reveal when you’re ready.
Pre-made retro exercises
Explore our library filled with pre-built health checks, planning poker and sprint retrospective templates. Start your meeting in a matter of minutes, or spend a bit longer customizing your board.
Frames
Organize areas of your board with “activity frames”. For example, if you run a workshop with different activities, surround each activity with a frame, and hide them until that meeting phase.
