Yes, the free version of Metro Retro allows you to create a limited number of objects across all boards in your team space.

An object is anything you place on a board - sticky notes, images, shapes, text... you get the idea.

You can pay with a credit or debit card for both monthly and annual billing.
We offer invoice payment for annual billing, and custom payment schedules on the Enterprise plan.

The team plan is for teams who work together. Each person in the team gets: a user profile, access to the team workspaces & boards, and all other functionality. You can also set up SSO login for the organization, along with Admin controls to manage people, unlimited workspaces, invite & sharing privacy settings.

The Host plan is designed for individuals such as contractors or freelancers who work with varying groups of people. For example if you run workshops with different clients each week, the Host plan is for you.

You only pay for the Hosts (these are the members of your team space) and you get unlimited free Guests. A Guest is a temporary role that does not require signup and can participate on individual boards when invited. A Guest cannot access the team workspaces, create boards, run meetings or change board sharing settings.

On the Team plan, each team member is included in your billing. For example, if you have a team of 10 people and pay monthly, your bill will be $60 per month (10 members x $6 per month).

With monthly billing you can add or remove team members at any point and your next bill will change accordingly.

With Annual billing you will be billed at the start of the plan for your chosen number of team members. You can add additional members at any time to the plan. When you add addtional team members they are billed for immediately, pro-rata for the time remaining in the year. You cannot reduce seats on the Annual plan.

Both monthly and annual versions have a 30 day cancellation period, and the Annual plan has a 30 day seat adjustment period.

On the Host plan you pay for each 'Host'. This is a member of the Account. Hosts can create boards, templates, run meetings, and invite guests to their board.

For example, if you have 3 Hosts in your plan and pay monthly, your bill will be $75 per month (3 Hosts x $25 per month).

All guests are free (and unlimited) on the Host plan. Guests must be invited directly to a board, do not create a Metro Retro account, and do not join the team account.

On the Free plan, anyone can view a board (read-only) if they visit the board URL, but only team members can edit a board.

On a paid plan, you can invite external Guests to your boards to edit, without requiring them to create an account or join the team.
On the Team plan, you get an allocation of free Guests per board, the limit scales with the number of members in your team plan.
On the Host plan you get an unlimited number of free Guests per board.

On the Free plan you get one workspace for all members. All team members can view and access all boards in the workspace.

On a paid plan you get unlimited workspaces. Workspaces can be used to keep team boards private from the rest of the Organization, or as a place to securely store your own boards.
