Four-panel retrospective with alternative categories of Drop, Add, Keep and Remove.
Midway through a project
Drop, Add, Keep, Improve (referred to as 'DAKI' by seasoned facilitators) creates a framework in which the team are encouraged to think about real effectual changes they could make to the ways they work.
This session never fails to surface improvements and experiments. Depending on how the session goes, you can experiment with taking one action from each of the DAKI categories, or vote to take the group's top priority actions. Just don't take on too many actions!
The 4 Ls is a popular four-panel retrospective that asks teams to feedback on the positives and negatives of a particular topic or activity.
Straightforward retrospective exercise that asks teams to identify and discuss what makes them Glad, Sad and Mad.
